What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear photo where the person's face is visible, in focus and not covered by sunglasses, hair or another object.
Can I use a photo of my child?
Yes, if you are authorised to provide that photograph and request the character. Your photo is used to create your WallHero order. Our privacy and retention terms explain how uploaded photos and generated characters are handled.
Can I ask for an existing superhero or football club?
No. We create original characters and unbranded themes only. This keeps each character distinctive and avoids copying third-party characters or brands.
Do you ship a printed WallHero?
Not yet. If you choose Print Files or the bundle, you receive a full-size PDF plus any printable pieces you selected, ready for a suitable local print provider. Direct WallHero printing and delivery are coming later.
What do I receive after payment?
It depends on the product you choose: a phone wallpaper plus square character image, a full-size WallHero-Character.pdf plus selected printable pieces, or the complete bundle with both.
Will the character look exactly like the photo?
No. WallHero creates a stylised original character inspired by the person, not a portrait or exact replica. We aim to carry familiar cues such as hair, face shape, expression and age impression into the chosen character style.
Can I make changes?
Yes. You can review the first character, request extra variations, and create one more character before you approve your favourite.
